Personal Album // Women's March
Politics are very personal, but so is memory keeping. My goal with this post is to share a spread I put together to remember an important current event. It is never my intention to include offensive content here. That being said, politics are very important to me. I have an undergraduate degree in political science and I'm a former US Senate staffer.
For this layout I used an awesome freebie from Push Print Studio. They were all printed on vellum (supplies linked below). The top left card is a free download from the official Women's March site. The top right photo is from pinterest. The ATL card is a personal photo of the Atlanta airport protests. Ava and I returned from Atlanta right in the thick of the protests that closed down Delta. The journaling on the photo was added in Photoshop. And finally, the bottom left card is a screenshot from Instagram. I've blurred the text...it's not PG!
I'd love to hear how you all document current events? Do you include them in your albums?
